Manging Director
Chartered Civil Engineer | Infrastructure Design & Construction Supervision Leader
Dr. Manaye Ewunetu is a highly accomplished Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years of international experience in the design and construction supervision of water and wastewater infrastructure across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Based in Dubai, he is widely recognized for his expertise in stormwater drainage, sewerage systems, potable water distribution, irrigation networks, and integrated infrastructure design, delivering technically robust and sustainable solutions for complex urban and infrastructure developments.
Dr. Ewunetu has held senior leadership roles with globally renowned engineering consultancies, including Italconsult, Parsons, WSP, Jacobs, and ME Consulting Engineers. Throughout his career, he has successfully contributed to high-profile infrastructure projects for major clients such as Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, Aldar, and Dubai Holding.
He holds Chartered Engineer status in the UK and is a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager (CWEM). He is also a Member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Dr. Ewunetu is an Accredited Engineer with Dubai Municipality and a member of the UAE Society of Engineers. His technical leadership is underpinned by advanced expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, sustainable drainage systems, and climate-resilient infrastructure design.
With a strong track record in both design excellence and construction supervision, Dr. Ewunetu brings a holistic, delivery-focused approach—ensuring that infrastructure solutions are not only innovative and efficient but also practical, buildable, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
